Our bodies are slowly losing strength and the ability to move well. This has to do with the negative effects of prolonged sitting, technology, and convenience. A lack of mobility is a lack of strength. The body will self-restrict as a defense to prevent injury—this is where mobility and strength are lost.
All movement starts from the core and goes through the joints. The focus of the Strength and Mobility II program is building greater strength and mobility, leading to a more supple and robust core and joints—helping you move better with purpose, less pain, and injury. This will ensure a healthier, more resilient body.

What YOU will receive:
Lifetime access to a structured and easy to follow program, that will progressively increase the intensity, ensuring your safe progression.
Each week consists of 4 workouts, 16 total sessions for four weeks.
Within each session you will have five movements that you will complete as a circuit, for one minute each.
Take a 1 minute rest in between rounds,
or as much rest as needed.
Weeks 1 and 2 you will complete a total of 3 rounds each session
Approximately 20 minutes in total.
Weeks 3 and 4 you will complete a total of 4 rounds each session
Approximately 30 minutes in total.
